"The Wind rises"風立ちぬ= "Kaze Tachinu"

  It's one of the movies of a famous director of cartoons in Japan: Hayao Miyazaki from Ghibli.

Synospis: This is the story of a man named Jiro who always dreaming of fly on a plane designed by himself and he was inspired by the famous italian aeronautical designer Caproni. But, too young to become a pilot, he decided to join the major japanese engineering company to accomplish his dream of designer. There is many historical events like the Great Kanto Earthquake of 1923 and the Great depression. After, he meets and falls in love with Nahoko.

Hayao Miyazaki writed and directed this movie to pay a tribute to the engineer Jiro Horikoshi and the author of this love story, Tatsuo Hori.
